Employee surveys & staff sessions

  • For some companies, monitoring employee satisfaction and staff reactions to changes are just as important as understanding their customers – particularly in companies where the success of customer relationship management (CRM) hinges on the performances of its staff (both front-line and back-end)
  • Employee surveys are usually conducted via anonymous self-completed questionnaires by pen-and-paper as well as via company intra-net. Face-to-face structured interviews are not recommended, as some employees may not want to be identified for the comments made.
  • Staff ‘open-talk’ sessions, in company where an open culture is already in place or is encouraged, can help generate more frank and direct suggestions to the company management. This kind of ‘open-talk’ session is usually moderated by a third-party consultant, and with the presence of senior management behind the mirror.
